What we collect
When you use the app without signing in:
A randomly generated anonymous ID (Supabase UUID) stored on your device Game progress: XP, level, streak, cooking history (last 200 entries with timestamps), achievements, unlocked epochs, quiz results, time keys App settings: language preference, notification schedule, premium status When you sign in with Google (optional):
Email address and display name from your Google account These are stored in Supabase to sync your progress across devices When you join the leaderboard (optional):
Display name you choose Selected avatar (one of 16 historical character icons) XP, level, streak, recipe count In-App Purchases
Purchases are processed by Google Play (Android) or App Store (iOS). We do not store payment details. We store only whether a subscription is active and its expiration date — locally on your device.
Local notifications
Daily reminders are scheduled locally on your device. No notification data is sent to any server.
Data storage
Local data is stored using Android/iOS secure storage. Cloud data (game progress, leaderboard) syncs to Supabase — EU-based, GDPR-compliant, encrypted in transit and at rest.
Your control
Delete all cloud data: Profile → Delete my data → Delete cloud data (signs you out immediately) Change or delete your display name and avatar anytime in Profile Disable notifications anytime in Profile Uninstall the app to remove all local data Leaderboard entries are automatically deleted after 24 months of inactivity What we do NOT collect
Location, device identifiers, contacts, browsing history, or any third-party analytics or advertising data.
